88rbet Terms & Conditions —
Your Complete Player Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "88rbet" means the international online gaming platform operating at 88rbet.app and all sub-domains thereof.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the 88rbet platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon completing the 88rbet registration process.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 88rbet platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 88rbet account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated.
• "Gaming Services" means all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, poker services, jackpot slots, cockfighting streams, fishing games, and any other wagering or gaming activities made available by 88rbet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based funds credited to an Account by 88rbet.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 88rbet requires Players to complete using their Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or equivalent documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager Bonus Funds through qualifying games before those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 88rbet platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 88rbet platform in any capacity. 88rbet reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification is pending or has failed.

2.2 Registration Process

To access the Gaming Services, you must complete the 88rbet account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and a valid CNIC number. You agree that all information provided during registration and subsequently is truthful and accurate, and that you will promptly update your Account if any information changes.

2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 88rbet platform. The creation or operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 88rbet reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any related wagers or bonuses, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.4 Restricted Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an 88rbet Account: persons under 18 years of age; employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 88rbet or any affiliated entity; persons who have been self-excluded or otherwise banned from the 88rbet platform; and any person in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is expressly prohibited under applicable law.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88rbet Account login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 88rbet will never ask for your password through live chat, email, or any other support channel. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials is deemed to be authorised by you, and 88rbet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You are obligated to ensure that your Account information — including your registered Pakistan mobile number, email address, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals, loss of bonus eligibility, or Account suspension.

3.3 KYC Verification

88rbet is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 88rbet for KYC purposes, including a valid CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, and any additional documentation required under 88rbet's internal compliance procedures. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

88rbet accepts deposits in PKR via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, credit card, debit card, USDT TRC20, and USDT BEP20. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the 88rbet cashier at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals to Pakistan mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving Pakistan bank. 88rbet does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistan banking infrastructure.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawal of Account funds requires completion of KYC verification. Where Bonus Funds are present in an Account, any applicable Wagering Requirements must be met before those funds are eligible for withdrawal. Cash deposits that have not been wagered at least once on any Gaming Service are subject to a standard processing review before withdrawal is approved.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 88rbet are processed in PKR. Players depositing via USDT channels acknowledge that PKR conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as determined by 88rbet.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by 88rbet are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, as well as this general Agreement. Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made. 88rbet reserves the right to void any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement if a withdrawal is requested prematurely.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse 88rbet's bonus or promotional systems — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine participation in Gaming Services — is strictly prohibited. 88rbet reserves the right to confiscate Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, in cases where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the promotional validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance without notice.

6 Gaming Rules

Each game category offered on the 88rbet platform — including live dealer casino games, jackpot slots, sports betting, Texas Holdem poker, cockfighting, and fishing games — is governed by specific game rules published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game or wager.

In the event of a technical failure or error during a game — including disconnections, software malfunction, or incorrect display of game outcomes — 88rbet's own game log records shall be the definitive reference for resolving any dispute. 88rbet reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account in cases of verified technical error.

For sports betting, 88rbet's published settlement rules govern the outcome of all markets, including rules for abandoned or postponed events, void markets, and the handling of non-runner events. HBL Pakistan Super League and other cricket markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the 88rbet sportsbook section.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 88rbet platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the 88rbet platform or its games.
• Collusion with other Players in any game — including but not limited to poker, casino table games, and sports betting — to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use 88rbet services to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 88rbet.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achieved under normal play conditions.
• Using the 88rbet platform on behalf of any third party, whether for remuneration or otherwise.
• Attempting to access the Accounts of other Players, or attempting to disrupt the 88rbet platform through any technical means.

88rbet reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities, where such conduct is identified.

8 Responsible Gaming

88rbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all player segments on the platform, including all Pakistan players. 88rbet recognises that for a small proportion of individuals, gaming can become a problem with serious financial and personal consequences. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 88rbet Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their Accounts at any time through the Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount of PKR they are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications when a defined play duration has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the 88rbet platform by contacting English support through live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible free of charge from within the Account settings or by contacting 88rbet English support via live chat. Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page for additional resources and support.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88rbet platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio-visual elements, and the 88rbet brand identity — is the exclusive property of 88rbet or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88rbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 88rbet content without the prior written authorisation of 88rbet. Any unauthorised use of 88rbet intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88rbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from gaming outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or suspension of account access.

88rbet's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the preceding 30-day period. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis on which the claim is made.

88rbet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected. Platform downtime for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond 88rbet's control does not entitle any Player to compensation.

11 Privacy and Data

88rbet processes personal data in accordance with the 88rbet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

88rbet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All data transmission on the 88rbet platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

88rbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity; breach of any provision of this Agreement; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time; identification of duplicate Accounts; self-exclusion requests; regulatory requirement; or reasonable suspicion of problem gambling behaviour where the Player's welfare is considered to be at risk.

Where an Account is closed other than for breach of this Agreement or suspected fraud, any verified PKR balance remaining in the Account will be refunded to the Player's last verified Pakistan payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 88rbet English support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt of a verified request.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with a game outcome, bonus settlement, payment transaction, or any other aspect of the 88rbet platform, Players must contact 88rbet's English support team via live chat in the first instance. 88rbet will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with 88rbet's support team, the matter may be escalated to 88rbet's internal dispute resolution committee, which will review all relevant evidence — including platform logs, game records, and transaction history — and issue a binding determination within 20 business days.

88rbet's platform logs and game records shall constitute the definitive and conclusive evidence of all gaming outcomes and transactions in the event of any dispute, absent a demonstrable technical error on 88rbet's part.

14 Amendments to These Terms

88rbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88rbet will notify registered Players by way of a notice displayed within the platform upon login and, where an email address is registered on the Account, by email communication.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated in the revised Terms and Conditions document published on the 88rbet platform. Continued use of the 88rbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. The English version shall be the authoritative version of this Agreement in all circumstances, regardless of any translation that may be made available by 88rbet for convenience purposes.

88rbet operates as an international gaming platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether use of the 88rbet platform is lawful in their jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. 88rbet makes no representation that the platform is lawful or permitted in any particular jurisdiction.

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88rbet is incorporated, as determined by 88rbet's legal counsel. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
